BR is not your regular membership-based gym. We are a state of the art strength and endurance training center; offering private & semi-private training, indoor cycling & bootcamp classes, endurance coaching, Health coaching and nutrition advice.
ASSAULT - Our assault classes are designed to make you sweat, burn fat and build endurance using the science bases of HIIT. This session is HR zone based allowing members to monitor their HR and ensure they are in the right metabolic zone to maximize results.
SCULPT - Our sculpt classes are designed to build lean muscle and overall strength. The sessions are built around strength training and conditioning using weights to perform functional movements.
THRESHOLD – This class is focused on longer intervals aimed at challenging and improving your FTP levels, lactate threshold, power and speed.
HIIT - This session involves very short, but super high-intensity intervals to increase anaerobic capacity. Your effort and fatigue levels will be short but extremely high. Great workout for building power, acceleration, and a serious fat burner.
THIN AIR – Scientifically known as ‘V02 Max’ training. This workout is designed to stress your cardio system, increase your oxygen consumption level by strengthening your heart and help to improve your lung capacity.
SWEET SPOT - GET READY TO RIDE! Experience outdoor cycling indoors. You will shift gears, climb, descend, along a virtual course. Great way to put all that training in to good fun, competitive practice!
HILLS - Riders will get a real life simulation of a mountainous terrain with the course gradient controlled by the system. Climbs can be long & steady, short & steep or a mix of both.
