Light Cinnamon Cake with Orange Blossom Water

Preparation time: 15 mins | Cooking time: 40 mins

Ingredients [Serves 6]:

3 eggs

180 g brown sugar

180 g low fat butter, softened

180 g flour

2 tablespoons orange blossom water

1 tablespoon cinnamon


1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites.

2. Mix the following ingredients in this order: egg yolks, sugar, softened butter, flour, orange blossom water, cinnamon.

3. Whip the egg whites into a foam then add them to the mixture.

4. Pour the mixture into a buttered cake mold and bake for 40 minutes at 160 degrees.
