There are gyms and then there is Gold’s Gym Signature Club in Hazza bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain. This massive 62,000 square foot facility is arguably the best fitness facility in the whole region. The expansive space of the club offers members an indoor running track, MMA Cage, separate swimming pools for men and women, and the latest fitness equipment and cardiovascular machine in the market.
The club has a mixed gym and a ladies-only facility, both with a complete range of free weights, strength machines, functional training zone, steam room, sauna, locker rooms, kid’s Crèche and a member lounge area with complimentary wi-fi. In addition, the club also offers Kid’s Dance Classes*.
Club members have unlimited access to all Group Exercise classes delivered by our GX Instructors where they can explore Yoga, Cycling, HIIT, Les Mills programs, Pilates and more. Our team of professionally certified trainers and personal trainers can help you find your inner strength and guide you in your fitness journey.
