INFORMATION
Rock Republic is the Middle East’s largest indoor bouldering centre. Built specifically for indoor climbers, Rock Republic was first opened in 2013. It has been designed and built by boulder enthusiasts to make sure it is fit for purpose and is good for all boulderers from beginner level to professional. We aim to change all routes and grades distribution every 3-4 months to keep your climbing at the right challenge level. Feeling like a rock star? Rock Republic covers over 400m2 area for climbing of which 215m2 is bouldering above 40cm mats. Boulder walls vary from heights 3.6 to 4.5m with angles ranging from 85-degree slab through to overhangs of 2 - 3m and an 8m roof. The colourful slabs and overhangs provide the climbers various challenges and ‘problems’ to be solved. The problems are designed to bring you variation and keep you always on your toes, you need to exercise more than just your body to solve these and get to the end.
Our venue is air-conditioned and well ventilated, with changing rooms, toilets and showers available. While we do not serve food, you can get coffee and water is free-flowing – just bring water flask, no plastic disposables at Rock Republic.
